What is the APDA?Middle Tennessee ChapterThe Middle Tennessee Chapter was chartered in 1994 to further the mission of APDA in the Middle TN area. We seek to educate those interested in learning more about Parkinson’s disease, to assist support groups throughout the state, to help develop programs that meet the needs of people with Parkinson’s (PWP’s) and their caregivers, and to raise funds to find the cure. We are a dedicated group of volunteers whose focus is to support the needs of PWP’s and families in the Middle TN area. By working closely with our APDA Information & Referral Center, we are making strides toward offering a comprehensive network of patient and family support. Our chapter consists of people just like you who are somehow affected by Parkinson’s disease. We need your support to continue to offer programs and services that benefit those suffering from PD. Becoming a member is simple. Just fill in the membership form and mail it with your annual membership dues ($10 per person) to APDA Middle TN Chapter, 4544 Harding Road, Suite 208, Nashville TN 37205.
